A BIT ABOUT CHELSEA

Chelsea Landolfa, LMT provides an immersive experience through the healing powers of touch and holistic bodywork. Chelsea studied massage therapy at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY and has gained over 9 years of experience in massage. While she is well-versed in Prenatal, and Geriatric Massage, she specializes in Deep Tissue Modalities including Myofascial Release and Sports Stretching. Chelsea intends to bring body awareness, mindfulness, and knowledge about self care and maintenance to her clients. She is incredibly passionate about her work, aiming to hold nurturing space for her clients and to make them feel as comfortable, safe, and cared for as possible.

received two additional certifications for:

Oncology Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage can have many beneficial effects on your general health since lymph is key to keeping your immune system working properly.

NEW MASSAGE THERAPY SAFETY PROTOCOLS

• ALL massage therapists will be using a face mask AND a face shield during massage treatments.

• UV Light Therapy will be used for 30 minutes in-between sessions to disinfect the room.

• Massage beds and rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

• Air purifiers will be used in every room.
