Cupping
Cupping is an ancient practice that involves the use of glass cups placed directly onto the skin. Tara and Jorge use a modern method of cupping which involves using a pump to create the vacuum inside the cup. The cups are placed on specific locations and attachment sites of muscles using suction to lift and separate facia, creating more space, increasing local circulation, decreasing inflammation, and improving range of motion and functionality of each muscle. Cupping can help release stubborn adhesions and trigger points and aid in the body’s natural healing process, resulting in less pain and discomfort in a more passive manner than massage and manual tissue manipulation.
Cups can be placed in a stationary position or be used as sliding cups to elongate and separate dense hypertonic tissue and fascia.

Paraffin Treatment
Soothe, heal, and revive dry and cracked skin on your hands with our paraffin wax treatment. Paraffin has a range of healing benefits including improving circulation, easing achey, arthritic joints, exfoliating skin gently, softening and hydrating dry skin, and preventing cracks and infections of the skin. Feel pampered and relaxed as your skin heals during this treatment. Paraffin treatment of the hands can be added to your massage allowing the healing benefits to be absorbed as you receive your bodywork. We use a special eco-friendly paraffin wax that is plant-based, petroleum-free, and cruelty-free because it's better for you and for the planet!

We use a special eco-friendly paraffin wax that is plant-based, petroleum-free, and cruelty-free because it's better for you and for the planet!

Nourishing Scalp Massage*
Give extra time and attention to your head, neck, and hair by adding a scalp massage to one of your bodywork treatments. Experience the relaxing and replenishing benefits of an added scalp massage to help you balance the nervous system, relieve stress, and improve hair follicle health. Scalp massages stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory systems, reduce headaches and migraines naturally, promote mental clarity, and improve sleep. We use a custom blend of essential oils and warmed jojoba oil to moisturize and massage dry scalps, enhancing hair growth and hair thickness with added aromatherapy. Reflexology is used on the skull, temples, neck, and facial muscles to combat muscle tension, relieve pain, and leave the mind feeling calm and clear.
