Event Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation Policy

Due to limited space, you must prepay for an event or class in full to reserve your spot.

 

Should it become necessary for you to cancel your participation in one of our events, you must contact us via email at marketing@pellegrinohealingcenter.com. Our event/class cancellation policy is as follows:

 

If you cancel 8 or more days in advance: We will offer you a refund minus a 10% administration fee or a full credit to your account that you can use towards a future event/class.

 

If you cancel with less than a week but more than 48 hours notice, we will offer you a full credit to your account that you can use towards a future event/class, no refund.

 

If you cancel with 48 hours or less notice, you will forfeit 50% of the event price, and the remaining 50% will be credited to your account, no refund. 

 

We will not issue any refunds or credits for failure to attend an event without any notice or cancellation. 

 

This policy enables us to pay our practitioners and keep events accessible despite limited capacity and cancellations.
