Experience the synergy of Halotherapy and Eastern Yoga in our "Salty Saturday Morning" yoga class. This class takes place in our Himalayan salt cave and includes halotherapy. Breathe in the salty air as you practice a fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Kundalini yoga.
Our Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) classes include rhythmic moving postures, breathing techniques, and focused intent to promote the body's natural healing abilities and balance qi, or life energy. Qigong can harmonize and strengthen while having a healing effect on the functioning of all the internal organs and bodily systems.
