Postpartum Support: Identity Shift

This class will focus on the identity shift that a new mother experiences after baby comes alongand stepping in to your new role as a mother feeling empowered and supported. 

Led by Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Certified and Breastfeeding Counselor, Sara Morse, CPD, CBC., these series of classes are focused on the importance of postpartum wellness and supporting moms during their postpartum journey. Each class will include a presentation of the topic being discussed, support through discussion, time for questions, tips on how to navigate those first several months/year postpartum. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow moms in the community. These classes  will help you feel supported, connected and empowered as you transition into motherhood.
