NUTRiTIONAL THERAPY
Personalized Nutritional Therapy in Hyde Park, NY & the Hudson Valley

Meet Jackie, our Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
Jackie Kohlmaier, NTP, is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner trained and certified in the principles of bio-individual nutrition and foundational health.

She supports clients by focusing on nutrient-dense, whole foods and the body’s innate ability to heal when properly nourished. Jackie works with a functional, root-cause approach—helping you move beyond symptom-chasing and instead address the underlying patterns affecting your health.
Rather than asking, “How do we manage this symptom?” Jackie asks, “What is the body not getting that it needs to function optimally?”

Together, you’ll work to restore balance by supporting the body’s core physiological foundations—gently, practically, and sustainably.

What is Nutritional Therapy?
A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), trained through the Nutritional Therapy Association, uses a foundational approach to health that emphasizes properly prepared, nutrient-dense foods and balanced body systems.

This approach focuses on supporting the body’s key foundations:
-
Digestion
-
Blood sugar regulation
-
Sleep
-
Stress resilience
-
Nutrient-dense diet
When these foundations are supported, the body is better able to function optimally and heal naturally.
What to Expect
Nutritional therapy is a bio-individual process, meaning your recommendations are tailored specifically to your body, your history, and your unique needs.

Sessions may be offered in person or via tele-health for remote patients.
We focus on:
-
Identifying imbalances in foundational systems
-
Supporting digestion and nutrient absorption
-
Replenishing nutrient deficiencies through whole foods
-
Helping you implement sustainable, realistic nutrition and lifestyle changes
This is not a one-size-fits-all plan—it is a collaborative process designed to support long-term health, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
