What is Radiant Health?

Radiant Health is a continuity-of-care membership designed to support your healing journey between treatments.

​

Through restorative therapies, wellness education, nervous system regulation practices, bioenergetic insights, herbal and supplement guidance, and community support, Radiant Health helps you stay connected to your health goals with greater consistency and ease.

​

Because healing doesn't just happen in the treatment room. It happens through consistent support, restorative therapies, and intentional wellness practices that help you stay connected to your health goals every day.

 

Who is this membership for?

Radiant Health is designed for individuals who want:

• More consistency in their wellness journey
• Support navigating stress, burnout, fatigue, or chronic health concerns
• Accountability and encouragement between appointments
• Trusted guidance around herbs, supplements, and lifestyle practices
• A deeper connection to their health and healing process
• Community and support from like-minded individuals

 

Many members already receive acupuncture, massage, or other wellness services and want additional support maintaining momentum between visits.

 

What makes Radiant Health different from a typical wellness membership?

Most wellness memberships focus on discounts or access to services.

Radiant Health was created as a comprehensive support system that combines education, restorative therapies, accountability, community, and personalized wellness guidance. The goal is to help members create sustainable habits and maintain progress between appointments rather than repeatedly starting over when life gets busy.

 

What is included in the monthly member gathering?

The monthly Radiant Health Gathering is a one-hour live community session that includes:

• Guided nervous system regulation practices and gentle somatic movement
•"Ask the Herbalist" group Q&A for herbal and supplement guidance
• Wellness coaching and education
• Connection with other members on a healing journey

All gatherings are recorded and added to the Members-Only Wellness Library for later viewing.

 

What are bioenergetic scans?

Bioenergetic scans use QEST4 technology to identify energetic imbalances and evaluate which supplements, herbs, or wellness supports may be most aligned with your body's current needs.

These scans are intended to provide wellness insights and energetic guidance and are not used to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

 

Do I need to understand energy medicine to join?

Not at all.

Many members join because they want additional support, education, stress reduction, and accountability.

Everything is presented in a practical, approachable way, regardless of your experience with holistic or energy-based wellness practices.

 

What is the difference between The Healing Collective and The Healing Partnership?

The Healing Collective is ideal for those seeking community support, wellness education, restorative therapies, and ongoing guidance to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.

The Healing Partnership includes everything in The Healing Collective, plus personalized coaching, comprehensive bioenergetic scans, custom wellness recommendations, energy-balancing remedies, and additional therapeutic support for those seeking a more individualized experience.

 

Is there a minimum commitment?

The Healing Collective does not require a minimum commitment. Your membership is billed monthly and will continue automatically until canceled.

The Healing Partnership requires a minimum 3-month commitment to allow time for meaningful progress, personalized support, and implementation of your wellness plan. After the initial 3-month period, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled.

 

How does billing work?

All Radiant Health memberships are billed automatically each month using the payment method on file.

Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled according to our cancellation policy.

Do unused membership services roll over to the next month?

No. Membership benefits are intended to support consistent, ongoing engagement in your wellness journey and are designed to be used within each monthly membership cycle.

​

For this reason, unused restorative therapies, bioenergetic scans, and other monthly benefits do not roll over to future months. We encourage members to schedule and enjoy their included services each month to receive the full value and benefit of their membership.

 

How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least 10 days' notice before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests received fewer than 10 days before the next scheduled payment may result in one final monthly charge, after which your membership will be canceled.

 

Can I pause my membership?

At this time, memberships cannot be paused.

If you choose to cancel and later re-enroll, you will join at the membership rate and pricing available at that time.

 

What if I can't attend the live gatherings or workshops?

No problem.

All member gatherings and workshops are recorded and added to the Members-Only Wellness Library, allowing you to access the content whenever it is convenient for you.

 

Can I join if I am not currently a Pellegrino Healing Center patient?

Yes.

While some aspects of the membership are designed to complement acupuncture, massage, and other services offered at Pellegrino Healing Center, Radiant Health can also be beneficial as a standalone wellness support program.

 

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

Radiant Health is an educational and wellness-based support membership designed to complement your healing journey.

​

It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for care from your physician or other healthcare providers. Members are encouraged to continue working with their healthcare team as appropriate.

 

What kinds of results do members experience?

Every healing journey is unique, but members often report:

• Reduced stress and overwhelm
• Greater consistency with wellness routines
• Improved energy and sleep quality
• Increased confidence in their health decisions
• Clearer direction regarding supplements and herbal support
• Feeling more supported, connected, and empowered in their healing process

 

What are Founding Circle rates?

The first 20 memberships enrolled will receive special Founding Circle pricing.

Founding Circle members receive introductory pricing locked in for one full year as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted.

 

What happens if I cancel and rejoin later?

If you cancel your membership for any reason, your Founding Circle pricing will end.

Should you decide to rejoin in the future, you will be enrolled at the current membership rate available at that time rather than your original Founding Circle rate.

 

How many Founding Circle memberships are available?

Founding Circle pricing is limited to the first 20 memberships enrolled.

Once all Founding Circle spots have been claimed, memberships will remain available at standard pricing.

 

How do I enroll?

You can enroll directly through our membership page or contact our team with any questions before joining.

We're happy to help you determine which membership level best aligns with your current goals, needs, and stage of healing.

How do the wellness memberships work?

Our memberships are prepaid monthly memberships that automatically renew each month until cancelled. Each membership includes a specific number of services or sessions that can be used during the membership month.

Included membership services reset each month and must be used within that membership period.

 

Do unused membership sessions roll over?

No. Membership sessions and credits expire at the end of each membership month and do not carry over.

​

We encourage members to schedule their included services regularly so they can receive the full benefit of their membership.

 

How do I schedule my membership services?

Membership services can be scheduled through our front desk team and online booking. We recommend scheduling your sessions in advance to ensure availability and to help you stay consistent with your wellness routine.

 

Can I use all of my membership sessions at once?

Membership sessions are designed to support consistent care throughout the month. While scheduling flexibility may vary by membership and availability, we encourage members to speak to the practitioners involved in the membership as some therapies are more effective when paired. 

 

Can I choose which services I receive with my membership?

This depends on the membership selected.

Some memberships include specific services each month, while others allow you to choose from a selection of available therapies. Your membership details will outline exactly what is included.

 

Can I use my membership for someone else?

Membership benefits are for the enrolled member only and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.

 

Are additional sessions available if I use all of my included services?

Yes. Many memberships include exclusive member pricing on additional sessions throughout the month.

Additional session pricing varies depending on the membership and service.

 

Can I change my membership if my wellness needs change?

Yes. We understand that your health goals may change over time. If you would like to switch to a different membership option, please speak with our team and we can help you determine what best fits your needs.

Membership changes take effect at the start of your next membership billing cycle. Your current membership will remain active through the end of your current paid

month, and any unused services included with that membership will expire at the end of that membership period.

​

At your next billing cycle, your current membership will be cancelled and your new membership will begin with the updated monthly payment.

 

Is there a minimum commitment for memberships?

Most memberships do not require a long-term commitment. Some memberships may include a minimum commitment period to allow enough time to experience the benefits of consistent care.

Any required commitment will be explained during enrollment and included in your membership agreement.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, please contact Pellegrino Healing Center. Cancellation requests must be submitted according to the terms outlined in your membership agreement.

When will my membership payment be processed?

Memberships are automatically charged monthly using the payment method provided at enrollment.

Your membership will continue to renew each month until cancelled.

Can I purchase a membership online?

Membership enrollment is completed through Pellegrino Healing Center. Please speak with our team to learn more about available memberships and complete enrollment.

 

How do I know which membership is right for me?
