What is Facial Fascia Therapy?
Fascia is a connective tissue network that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, and structure in the body—including the face. Over time, stress, repetitive expression, posture habits, and daily tension can cause this tissue to become tight or restricted. When facial fascia is holding tension, it may contribute to patterns such as jaw tightness, facial strain, and a more “pulled” or fatigued appearance in the face and neck.

Facial Fascia Therapy is a gentle, therapeutic approach designed to release these restrictions using intentional hands-on techniques and gua sha as needed. By working with the natural structure of the face, this treatment supports circulation, encourages lymphatic flow, and helps soften areas of holding throughout the jaw, cheeks, forehead, scalp, and neck.

Many clients experience a sense of deep relaxation during and after treatment, along with a more open, rested, and refreshed facial expression. As tension in the facial fascia releases, it may also support improved ease in jaw movement, a feeling of lightness in the face, and a naturally more lifted and balanced appearance.
