The Love + Wellness Retreat: A Day of Self-Love and Self-Care

Led by Pellegrino Healing Center Founder, Christine Pellegrino M.S., L.Ac, The Love + Wellness Retreat was developed with the belief that self-care is self-love. PHC’s world-class staff of licensed health professionals, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and nutritionists will guide participants through their individualized self-care itinerary of therapeutic treatments, guided meditations, and workshops. The full day event will provide participants with an environment where they can relax, recenter, and reflect on lessons of self-care that they can carry with them into the busyness of everyday life. Participants will leave the retreat armed with a new perspective on self-love and actionable ways to continue their practice of self-care.

Our Certified Health Coach Debbie Justs will be collaborating with one of our favorite local restaurants, River and Post to develop our lunch menu.
