Join Certified Reiki Master Seaira O'Brien for a transformative weekly experience harnessing the healing powers of sound. Students will benefit from the regenerative effects of sound on their bio-magnetic field, organ systems, chakras, heart, mind, and spirit. Instruments featured in the class include crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, gong, rattle, and more.

This class begins with gentle body-opening movements, followed by grounding breathwork exercises.
