ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

Come unplug in our salt cave while experiencing an energizing, balancing and strengthening vinyasa flow class. This class will be taught by our Acupuncturist and Registered Yoga Teacher, Stefanie Vidal, M.S., L.Ac.

You will learn gentle vinyasa flows & longer held restorative yoga postures to help the body open & release, combined with guided breathwork & meditation.

Leave feeling relaxed and at peace.

This event will take place in our salt cave. We ask that you take your shoes off before entering the salt room. We recommend wearing white socks, due to the salt dust.

This is a small, intimate class, space is limited to 4 people. Registration & prepayment are required for this event.
