Love Your Liver Spring Cleanse

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), spring is the perfect time of cleansing, activity and movement, creativity, growth, and renewal. Learn how to effectively shake off winter and support your liver by eliminating toxins in your body.

This class will be hosted by our Herbalist, Amber Merkens with special guest Christine Pellegrino, M.S., L.Ac.
