Deepen your connection and learn the soothing art of touch in our hands-on Couples Massage Workshop. Designed for partners of all skill levels, this class provides foundational techniques and confidence to give and receive a relaxing, therapeutic massage at home.
Beyond learning the strokes, you'll discover how to create a tranquil environment, communicate your needs effectively, and use touch as a tool for stress relief and emotional bonding

What You Will Learn:
Establishing Intention: Setting the mood and creating a safe, comfortable space for giving and receiving.
Basic Swedish Techniques: Foundational strokes like effleurage (gliding), petrissage (kneading), and tapotement (percussion) for muscle relaxation.
