I agree to purchase the Sports Recovery Bundle which includes two 30-minute infrared sauna sessions and two 60-minute sports recovery massages at Pellegrino Healing Center.

I understand that there are NO REFUNDS for this package under any circumstances.

I understand that if I should change my mind about buying this package before coming in for my next appointment, I will be granted a credit to my account, not a refund, and Pellegrino Healing Center will keep 10% for administrative fees.

I understand that if there are ANY changes or cancellations to this package after purchase, including but not limited to partial or full cancellations, modifications, or exchanges, a 10% administrative fee will be incurred and deducted from any applicable credit. Any used sessions will revert to the original price and be deducted accordingly.
