We will incorporate self-applied acupressure techniques alongside movement and breathwork to calm and align your energy, opening your body and fostering a sense of lightness and freedom.
This week, our focus will be on the hips, exploring how gentle release and movement can help unlock emotional blockages, allowing for a more profound sense of liberation and inner peace.
