Join Christine Sausto for Week 3: Heart Opening & Sparking Joy
This Vinyasa class synchronizes breath and movement into an intentional flow, fostering a deeper connection between body, breath, and energy. We'll utilize self-applied acupressure alongside movement and breathwork to soothe and align your energy, opening the body and cultivating a sense of lightness.
This class takes place in the salt cave at Pellegrino Healing Center.
