A Bit About Tara
Tara Shelton is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. Since graduating from the Center for Natural Wellness in Albany, NY, in 2015, she’s been helping patients unwind with her skilled touch.

She brings expertise in Swedish and deep tissue massage, medical massage, hot stone, prenatal and postnatal massage, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial release to each session.

Tara also offers specialized add-ons like Laser Therapy, Cupping, Paraffin Treatments (Hands, Feet, or Hands & Feet), Nourishing Scalp Massage, and Essential Oil enhancements.

She loves weaving in aromatherapy and stretching so that every massage feels deeply relaxing, personalized, and just a little bit beyond your usual experience.
