A Bit About Stefanie
Stefanie Vidal, L.Ac., Dipl. Ac. is a nationally board-certified and New York State–licensed acupuncturist practicing Chinese Medicine through a classical, lineage-based approach. She works with the understanding that symptoms don’t appear randomly. They’re messages from the body asking to be listened to and that help us understand the underlying disharmony.

Her work is shaped by ongoing study with Jeffrey C. Yuen and mentorship with Ann Cecil-Sterman, grounding her practice in Classical Chinese Medicine with a strong focus on constitutional health, emotional life, and nervous system regulation. This lens allows Stefanie to work with the why beneath symptoms, especially when issues feel chronic, layered, or hard to name.

Stefanie supports patients through women’s and reproductive health (cycles, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause), emotional and psychological patterns (anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, burnout), digestive and immune concerns, chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions, fatigue and autoimmune patterns, supportive care during cancer treatment, and other chronic degenerative conditions. Her treatments are both subtle and precise, meeting people where they are while gently guiding the body back toward balance.

She completed clinical externships at the Institute for Family Health and Columbia University in New York City, and has pursued additional training in Classical Acupuncture, Perinatal Acupuncture and Acupressure, and Trigger Point Acupuncture.
Stefanie is also a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 200) with specialized training in oncology yoga and prenatal yoga. While her acupuncture practice is the primary focus of her work, this background informs how she listens to breath, posture, tension, and what the body is holding beneath the surface.

Her approach is calm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s process. She especially loves working with patients who are new to acupuncture, creating a space that feels grounded, safe, and unhurried where healing can unfold in its own time.
