This is a unique experience where you can practice mindful yoga at sunrise while enjoying the launch of the hot air balloons

About the event
Join Pellegrino Healing Center at The 31st Annual Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival to practice yoga while watching the sun rise and the hot air balloons take flight! All levels are welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to sign in and set up. Bring a yoga mat, a towel, and water. Space is limited to a first-come-first-served reservation. To reserve your space please call/text our center at (845) 233-5672 or prepay online, link below. Yoga will be $15 per person if you prepay or $17 cash on class day.
You will also need to purchase a ticket to get into the Balloon Festival for the low cost of just $8. You can purchase your balloon festival ticket at: https://www.dcrcoc.org/balloonfesttickets

Sunrise Yoga starts promptly at 6:30AM. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to check in and to set up your mat.
