Join Tammy & Jackie for our 6-week Summer Reset Program, a small-group wellness experience designed to help you create healthy, sustainable habits that fit your life.
Each Monday, we'll meet for a 45-minute walk at Quiet Cove Riverfront Park, followed by a group wellness discussion. Together, we'll focus on realistic, sustainable changes that support your overall health, without restrictive diets or quick fixes.
This isn't about restrictive diets or quick fixes. It's about learning what works for your body while connecting with others who are on a similar wellness journey.
