PTSD Community Acupuncture Clinic & Calming Breathwork

If you or someone you know has PTSD, this event is for you.

Come receive a PTSD-specific acupuncture treatment while practicing calming breathing techniques in our Himalayan Salt Cave. Acupuncturist Christine Pellegrino M.S.,L.Ac will be treating participants with the NADA Acupuncture Protocol; this effective protocol helps reduce and release symptoms associated with PTSD including anxiety, stress, panic, mental distress, as well as other afflictions such as addiction and sleep disturbances. Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher and Breathwork Facilitator Michelle Eggink NTP will be guiding participants through specific breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises while they receive their acupuncture treatment in a group setting. These breathing techniques are designed to help relax the central nervous system and bring the mind & body back into balance. This event is a unique opportunity to experience the synergy of support and healing in a community setting.
