Participants will learn about how to deal with “First Aid” challenges naturally that may arise during the summer and year-round including but not limited to:

• Minor cuts/scrapes
• Soothing support for sunburns
• Skin support for minor burns
• Irritation from insect bites
• Skin support for poison ivy

Included in this class:

• Everyone will get hands-on essential oil experiences throughout the class, so that you can feel the power of essential oils and learn all the different and fun ways to use essential oils throughout the summer and beyond!
• Everyone will receive an email after the class with how to make over your “medicine cabinet “ and how to create your own travel “First Aid” kit. You will also get the opportunity to discuss your top health challenge individually with us at the end of the class, so that we can offer up potential solutions.
• Participants will receive a complementary wellness consult (online/Zoom) and individualized wellness plan that will be emailed to you. This plan will be specific to your health/emotional challenges as well as your oils/products and will teach you exactly how to use the oils/products and create healthy habits
