Are you currently moving through a change or life transition? If you are preparing for, going through, or still processing a change or transition in your life, then this month’s theme is for you. Learn how to embrace change and life transitions with the help of meditation, safe expression, and wellness expert, Michelle Eggink, NTP, a Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher and Ceremonial Breathwork Facilitator.
A women’s circle is an intentional gathering to unite women, build community, and elevate our healing and inner strength.
