Group Sound Bath Journey to Self-love SESSION 1

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE 2 SOUND BATHS ON THE SAME DAY, SESSION 1 AT 11AM AND SESSION 2 AT 1PM. THE TICKETS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LISTING ARE FOR THE 11AM.

This event takes place in our salt cave.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience. The sound waves can help you recalibrate your energy centers (chakras) and activate your parasympathetic nervous system for rest and relaxation.

This sound bath will be a transformational journey that will help you tap into your true authenticity, opening you up to more self-love and self-acceptance.

Starting with a guided meditation to invoke deep relaxation, you will journey through the sound waves to feel authentically rooted, connected, and tuned into who you are.

What to expect:

• Dress comfortably. You want to be as comfortable as possible when laying down to receive the full benefits of this practice.
• We will have zero-gravity chairs set up as well as yoga mats.
• Please bring your own blanket & pillow for your own comfort.
• Cell phones will need to be turned off or silenced/airplane mode.
