Our community acupuncture clinic is a unique opportunity to experience the synergy of support and healing in a community setting. Community acupuncture is a time-tested practice that is deeply healing and comforting. This is a quiet, no-talking gathering where participants can soften into their treatment in stillness. Aromatherapy, healing music, and our special style of treatment will allow you to melt into relaxation.

Acupuncturist Christine Pellegrino, M.S., L.Ac will be treating participants with the NADA Acupuncture Protocol. This effective protocol helps reduce and release symptoms associated with PTSD as well as symptoms of anxiety, stress, panic, mental distress, and other conditions such as addiction and sleep disturbances.

What to expect:

• Group acupuncture treatment in our Himalayan salt cave
• Specific acupuncture points in ear to help to calm the nervous system
• Community support with others who suffer with PTSD and stress symptoms

You will be seated in an adirondack chair.

This event will take place in our salt cave. Wearing comfortable clothing will help you to relax. We ask that you take your shoes off before entering the salt room. We recommend wearing white socks, due to the salt dust.
