How does it work? 

Brett asks intuitive questions to quickly surface the source of your stress, which usually stems back from childhood. Then he guides the group through empowering affirmations to release tension from the body and the old memory.

  • Feel uplifted, empowered, and most importantly reconnected within yourself
  • End old cycles of self-sabotage
  • Have more positive perspective on life

The Work: Brett asks you questions that quickly surface the deeper emotional source of your stress.He then guides the group through intuitive affirmations to release the emotional tension from the body and the old memory. Emotional releases often heal childhood traumas that amplify everyday stress. Teaching is interwoven as the work naturally brings up key topics and lessons.

Brett Cotter, author of “3 Keys to Managing PTSD” and founder of Stress Is Gone, has over 20-years experience helping thousands of people recover from the most traumatic events of their lives. He has taught his signature classes in Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, schools, non-profits, military bases, disaster sites and facilitates retreats for veterans, first responders, and people suffering from stress.Brett is the Trauma Specialist for Meditation Magazine's Teacher Training Program. He regularly speaks at the Self-Care Summit and World Wellness Weekend. Brett is certified by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, accredited by the International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliance, and his core method is certified by the American Institute of Stress. Currently Brett teaches weekly on zoom and certifies students in the Stress Is Gone Method.
