Slow breathing and simple yoga poses will help your memory and keep your thoughts more organized once you get rid of stress, anxiety, and negative thinking. Meditation improves mental focus and an overall feeling of emotional uplifting due to deep relaxation. Halotherapy* is an ancient European treatment that actually nourishes your body as you relax and breathe deeply. The negative ions in the air may help boost your mood and give you more energy. What more could you ask for?

Yoga & Meditation Offerings
Vin-Yin Yoga in the Salt Cave*
Tuesdays 6pm-7pm $40
Vin-Yin yoga is a balanced marriage of Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga. The first half of class will be a slow and gentle flow type of yoga that will combine breath with movement to attain balance in the body and mind. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way”, Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses linked with purposeful breath to achieve a continuous flow. During the second half of class, passive Yin yoga poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes) to target the connective tissue, for deep and meditative stretching.
Restorative Yoga in the Salt Cave*
Saturdays 9am-10am $40
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga poses, the muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It is a unique and deeply soothing feeling, as the yoga props (such as straps, blocks and bolsters), rather than the muscles, are used to support the body.
Private Yoga Classes*
(By appointment only)
Private yoga classes offer practitioners the ability to focus on personal areas of concern or interest. Instead of following along with a yoga teacher in a class setting, a private lesson will allow an individual to develop personal goals for a variety of benefits including flexibility, relaxation, strength or meditation.
**All yoga classes take place in our SALT CAVE, therefore yoga classes are a combined YOGA/SALT CAVE experience. All of our yoga classes will also include the exploration of pranayama (breath control), mudras (energy seals performed with the fingers and hands), hands on adjustments (optional), essential oils (optional) and plenty of time for a blissful savasana (a pose often used for deep relaxation and meditation at the end of a session).
