A Bit About Christine
Christine found her love for yoga and alternative healing modalities in 2016 through travel and self-exploration in SouthEast Asia and Hawaii. She has continued her personal education through courses in reiki, acupressure, meridian yoga, Thai massage, silent retreats and a permaculture fellowship.
Although she was an uncommitted yogi for years, she became deeply committed to her personal yoga practice after experiencing sudden and severe symptoms of a neurological disorder. Yoga became the beacon that provided light, hope and strength during her journey back to wellness.
Expect to be welcomed by her warmth and gratitude as she shares her love of yoga with you.
Christine is 200 hour certified YTT through Mangala Yoga in Maui.
